- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s) for your package(s).
4. Responsibility Upon Handover to Courier:
- Once packages have been handed over to the courier, Past Forward is no longer responsible for the goods.
- Any issues, including but not limited to lost, stolen, or damaged packages, that occur after the handover to the courier must be addressed directly with the courier service.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Past Forward is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to the courier.
- Customers are encouraged to track their packages using the provided tracking information and contact the courier service for assistance in the event of any delivery issues.
6. Address Accuracy:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Past Forward is not liable for any delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Changes to this Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
