  • Refunds will only be processed if there is clear evidence of faulty goods upon receipt.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than faulty goods.
  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Evidence of Faulty Goods:

  • To request a refund, you must provide clear evidence, such as photographs, clearly showing the fault or damage that was not disclosed in the item's description.
  • Faulty goods claims without proper evidence will not be considered for refunds.

4. Process for Refund:

  • Once your faulty goods return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the evidence provided.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
